Jesse has recently joined our Adventure Kokoda leadership team and comes with outstanding credentials.  After visiting PNG over 10 years ago he formed a strong connection with the people, culture and history.

He served as a rifleman with the 2nd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment, completing multiple specialist courses and multinational exercises, including a deployment to Timor-Leste as part of the International Stabilisation Force. More..

Jesse has recently joined our Adventure Kokoda leadership team and comes with outstanding credentials.  After visiting PNG over 10 years ago he formed a strong connection with the people, culture and history.

He served as a rifleman with the 2nd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment, completing multiple specialist courses and multinational exercises, including a deployment to Timor-Leste as part of the International Stabilisation Force. 

After transferring to the RAAF he took up a position as a Military Working Dog Handler specialising in explosive detection, where he deployed on multiple operations within Australia and the Middle East.

As an expert in his field, he was awarded Airman of the Year for exceptional skill and dedication in enhancing the RAAF Explosive Detector Dog capability as part of the Combat Support Group. He also received a RAAF Silver Commendation for outstanding performance as the NCO in charge of Explosive Detector Dog Section.

Jesse holds both civilian and military First Aid qualifications, is a physical fitness fanatic and a true outdoorsman.
